We wanted to provide our customers with high-quality electrostatic air filters that provided high dust arrestance, low air resistance and a lifetime warranty. We wanted them to never have to buy another filter. We are now pleased to offer these filters on a national level.

Shipping Information:

Our filters are made-to-order and shipped throughout the U.S. via Fed-Ex and UPS Ground. Due to variable factory turn-around times, please allow 5-10 days for shipping from the time you place your order.

Air Care filters are shipped via FED-EX for a flat $9.99 for ALL ORDERS (no matter how many filters you order) All BoAir and Austin Air products include FREE SHIPPING.

Shipping to Canada is $19.99. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.



Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your filter, you can return it for a full refund (shipping charges to return the filter to us are not refundable.) Filter must be returned to us in acceptable condition.


If filter arrives damaged, we will file a claim with the delivery company and ship out a new filter. We just ask that you keep the damaged filter for 2 weeks in case the delivery company requests to see it.


Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of order. After 48 hours, please email or call for details.


Please double check your custom sized filter measurements as custom sizes cannot be returned if they are ordered wrong. We will be glad to replace any custom sized filters that are damaged in shipping. We can resize filters to a smaller size for $20.00 per filter. Customer must contact us to obtain RMA # before returning filter. Customer is responsible for shipping back to the factory...we will pay return shipping back to customer.
