2) Giveaway starts on January 1, 2013 and ends on November 30, 2013.
3) Drawing will take place on December 1, 2013 and winner will be notified by email or phone within 3 days.
4) If winner can not be contacted after 7 days, an alternative winner will be chosen.
5) The winner can choose the color of his HealthMate Jr unit. Prize will be shipped within 3 days of winner notification via UPS Ground.
